Condominium Manager
As the key steward of our clients’ condominium facilities, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless maintenance and management. You’ll also be the primary point of contact for residents, and your close collaboration with council members is essential for success.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Facility & Property Management experience
- Knowledge in BMSM Act & other relevant regulations
- Possess good interpersonal & supervisory skill
- Singaporean & PR only

Estate / Property Officer
Key Responsibilities
- To be stationed on site to manage and maintain residential or commercial properties
- Handling daily operations of the estate
- To ensure compliance with the Building statutory requirements
- Attending to queries from owners
- Liaising with contractors for repair works
Requirements
- Nitec in Building Services / Diploma in Building & Management or equivalent certificates
- Possess good interpersonal and initiative
- Independent and able to work under pressure

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- Computer literate with typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
